The management committee is responsible for club management in its entirety. They provide the scrutiny, governance and support for the daily management of the club. The committee are also responsible for activities to support the further development of the club.
TBSLSC is Charity with a Board of Trustees who have the oversight of all the charity’s decisions and to set the charity's direction. The Trustees are Glen Mayhew, Dave Carpenter and Russ Porter.
The committee is voted on by club members at the AGM. They meet monthly, and their role is to manage the club in all its activities as well as plan for club development and the future.
They are affiliated with Devon Region and Surf Life Saving GB and sit on the management boards for both
